Our Story

TCS Group Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 2019 under the Companies Act 2016 as a Public limited company in Malaysia. We are an investment holding company and assumed our present name after the acquisition of both of our wholly owned subsidiaries, TCS Construction Sdn Bhd and TCS Bina Sdn Bhd.

Our Group of companies include TCS Construction Sdn Bhd which was incorporated in 1998 and TCS Bina Sdn Bhd which was subsequently incorporated in 2017, both to venture principally into the construction of building and civil works.


Our Group was founded by Dato’ Ir. Tee Chai Seng, a registered Professional Engineer in Malaysia with over 35 years of working experience in civil and structural engineering consultancy services, project management, property development and construction. We strive to be the best in the industry that delivers the highest quality of workmanship, completes projects on time, and enforces the highest of safety standards. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and our ultimate goal is to build long-term client relationships to ensure the sustainability of the business.

Our Group has successfully completed several projects ranging from terrace houses, shop offices, medium rise buildings and infrastructure works such as water pipelines, service reservoirs, sewerage treatment plants, commercial and institutional buildings. We currently have 8 on-going projects (6 High-rise Residential, 1 Shopping Mall, and 1 Landed Residential).

Our commitment towards quality, health & safety and environmental management have been proven by the certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 by SIRIM Malaysia.

TCS Construction Sdn Bhd is a Five-Star SCORE Rated G7 Grade construction company, which has also obtained high scores for QLASSIC and SHASSIC certifications by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia for multiple ongoing and completed projects. Furthermore, our Group have adhered to the highest of safety and health standards in the industry by implementing the QESH Policy throughout the Group.

We are committed to adopt construction methods that have less labour dependency whereby our Group have invested heavily into system formwork and pre-fabrication elements. This has resulted in not only higher efficiency at work but also reduced the negative impact of our projects towards the environment.

Our Group is led by a dedicated management team and our people are comprised of qualified Civil & Structural engineers, Mechanical engineers, Electrical engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Land Surveyors, and Quality Control engineers with extensive experience in building and civil engineering works.

Our Group is ever ready to undertake further projects in the Klang Valley and in Malaysia.
